Doug Hirschhorn, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of DRD Advisors, LLC, a boutique management assessment and development firm that specializes in working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Dr. Hirschhorn, a former Division I college baseball player, has a Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Sports Psychology. He is a public speaker, author of several books and has over 100 media appearances as an industry expert on NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, and FOX.

Caroline bryk, ma

Caroline is a Senior Associate at DRD Advisors, LLC. She supports private equity sponsors in management, culture and team dynamics assessments, as well as in offsite design, executive development and board advisory.

Caroline is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment Tools

Caroline holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and BA in Psychology from Columbia University, where she graduated magna cum laude and phi beta kappa. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.

Ben is a Senior Analyst at DRD Advisors LLC, where he supports the development of management, culture and team dynamics assessments for private equity sponsors.

Ben has a BS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. He lives in New York City.
