Management Assessment

  • We take the time to get it right by doing a deep dive into the company and interviewing 10-15 employees (executives and one layer down) so that we can understand and then paint for our clients an accurate picture of the culture and team dynamics.

  • In our process, we examine the human capital both qualitatively and quantitatively to identify behavioral data points which can be used to help the sponsor come to quicker conclusions about the caliber of management team, company culture, and team dynamics.

  • Within 48 hours of the assessment, we provide the sponsor with a high-level, verbal debrief with our key recommendations. 

  • Once we have analyzed all of the data, we then give the client a robust, 50-page summary report approximately two weeks later.

  • Our assessment process occurs:

    • Pre investment as part of the diligence process

    • Post acquisition

    • For target acquisitions

  • Design and facilitate leadership off-sites for portfolio companies.

  • After the search firm moves on to their next search, we stay around for the onboarding process to support the newly hired executive, giving the sponsor piece of mind that he/she will stick - virtually eliminating any mis-hires.
