Management Assessment
We take the time to get it right by doing a deep dive into the company and interviewing 10-15 employees (executives and one layer down) so that we can understand and then paint for our clients an accurate picture of the culture and team dynamics.
In our process, we examine the human capital both qualitatively and quantitatively to identify behavioral data points which can be used to help the sponsor come to quicker conclusions about the caliber of management team, company culture, and team dynamics.
Within 48 hours of the assessment, we provide the sponsor with a high-level, verbal debrief with our key recommendations.
Once we have analyzed all of the data, we then give the client a robust, 50-page summary report approximately two weeks later.
